Refund policy

  • The services you get is Digital services/product hence after placing an order you get instant activation to service and ready to be used. Anyhow, if you did not get the delivery you can issue a full refund. You need to inform us within 48 hours of order placed time in order to be eligible for the refund.
  • If your delivered service is not like as described you can issue a full refund (If there is any statement that doesn’t meet the actual scenario with the usage). You need to inform us within 48 hours of order placed time in order to be eligible for the refund. But if there is any kind of usage by the user after the order on the SaaS app, we hold the right to decline the refund.
  • If the purchased service/tools are not working for more than 48 hours you can issue a partial refund for remaining days of your monthly subscription and cancel the service. Though, we offer replacement with similar tool so that you can maintain your workflow. Please contact on live chat for that.
  • If you purchase a subscription with a duration of more than six (6) months and, due to technical issues, we are unable to provide access to the account or subscription, you may request a refund. In such cases, the refund amount will be calculated based on the standard monthly subscription price, not the discounted long-term plan rate. The refunded amount will correspond to the unused portion of the subscription, calculated on a pro-rata basis using the monthly price. Refunds will only apply to the remaining unused period and will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timeline:

It can take up to 7-15 working days to get the refund. You will get the refund to the original account from where you were debited. For example: If you used our Shardonay gateway and paid through bKash, you will get the refund on your bKash wallet. Same as, If you paid through your card/net banking, you would receive the refund on your Card/bank.
